Board of Supervisors Vacancy

The Harrison Ranch CDD Board of Supervisors currently has a vacancy in Seat 4, for the term ending in November 2028. This vacancy will be filled by an appointment made by the Board. If you are interested in being considered as a candidate to fill the vacant seat, please send a statement of interest to Matt O’Nolan, at monolan@rizzetta.com no later than January 10th, 2025. Your statement should include why you would be a good candidate for this position. The Board is expected to evaluate candidates at its January 13, 2025, meeting, which begins at 6:30 p.m. Candidates are requested to attend the meeting in PERSON to address the Board.

Pursuant to Florida Statutes, applicants must be (1) citizens of the United States; (2) legal residents of Florida and of the Harrison Ranch CDD; (3) at least 18 years old; and (4) registered to vote with the Supervisor of Elections of Manatee County.

Please be aware that the CDD is a local unit of special purpose government established under Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, and CDD Supervisors are subject to Florida law for public officials, including but not limited to the Sunshine Law, Public Records Law, and Ethics Law.
